I have learned that everything uploaded on the internet whether it be by other people all around the world or myself, we each carry rights to the distribution of our work. In order to use other peoples work we need to have their permission first and give credit to their work if we present it to our future students. I feel it would be most important to teach our students to give credit to the people who created, uploaded, and shared work for our educational benefit. I would teach them to acknowledge that we need to obtain permission to use other's work when we use it for projects. I would also explain to them that everything they post legally gives them the copyright to it because it was their own original idea. As well that it is not a good thing to take credit for someone else's hard earned work.
